VERSION 2026-10-17 · LT / EU
Terms of use
A community for players. Clear responsibilities for everyone.
1. Service, operator and eligibility
PADVORN hosts member listings, public discussions, profiles and private conversations. It does not own members’ goods. The operator is identified in the Operator & contact section. Required operator details are not yet supplied, so registration is paused and these are beta terms rather than a statement of launch readiness.
Membership is for people aged 18 or over acting personally in Lithuania. This is a product eligibility rule, not a claim that EU law universally requires an age of 18. Business selling is not supported in this beta. Do not describe yourself as a private seller if you are acting commercially. A self-declaration does not determine your legal status.
2. Accounts and your content
Give accurate account information, keep credentials private and use only content you are entitled to share. Never publish another person’s address, identity documents, passwords or payment details. Email confirmation establishes control of an email address; it is not identity, age or seller verification.
You keep your content rights. You grant the operator a non-exclusive licence only to host, display, format and technically process your submitted content to provide and secure the service, including handling reports. This does not grant unrelated advertising or resale rights. Deletion is subject to the limited retention criteria in the privacy notice.
3. Private listings and agreements
List only lawful, authentic physical gaming goods you own and may transfer. Describe the actual condition, faults, included parts, platform, region, edition and any console/account lock. Use your own current photographs. Wipe devices and remove accounts before transfer. Counterfeits, stolen goods, piracy devices advertised for infringement, account transfers, digital keys, services, recalled/unsafe products and swollen or damaged batteries are prohibited.
The displayed euro price is the seller’s asking price. Search uses your words and filters, ordered by newest or the price order you select. There are no paid placements or personalised ranking. No historical sold-price dataset or objective fair-price certification is offered.
An accepted chat offer records a price discussion; it does not confirm payment or create a protected order. Any independent agreement remains between the parties and subject to applicable law. Do not pay off-platform in reliance on PADVORN protection: the beta provides no payment handling, escrow, shipping label, payout or buyer-protection service. Checkout examples use labelled sample data.
4. Rights, charges and responsibility
Platform access in this beta is free. No membership, listing or transaction fee is charged. Any future charge and payment terms must be disclosed before you agree to them.
An ordinary sale between private individuals is generally outside EU consumer purchase protections such as the statutory distance-sale withdrawal right. Private-sale contractual and civil-law remedies may still apply. A seller acting as a trader remains subject to consumer law regardless of their label. Your rights against the platform operator are separate from rights against a seller.
You are responsible for lawful content, accurate descriptions and your own obligations. The operator remains responsible for its own legal obligations. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or available court/regulatory remedies. No compulsory arbitration, blanket liability waiver or waiver of GDPR rights applies.
5. Moderation and complaints
The Community & safety rules explain prohibited conduct, review and restrictions. Reports receive human review; upload validation, access checks and rate limits are automated technical safeguards. A restriction should identify the relevant facts, rule or legal basis, scope, territory and duration, and available remedies. Reports alone do not establish wrongdoing.
Use Contact & reports without an account for illegal content, privacy requests, appeals or platform complaints. Include the content location or decision reference and your explanation. Appeals are free; you can submit one for at least six months after a moderation decision. Public ticket replies require your private access key. An acknowledgement is not a decision or a promise that the issue is resolved.
6. Changes, ending use and applicable law
You can stop using the service, take listings offline and request account deletion. Taking a listing offline preserves existing conversations. If access must be restricted, the operator should act proportionately and provide reasons unless a legal restriction prevents this.
These beta terms are version 2026-10-17. Material changes must be announced before taking effect; a new charge or materially changed agreement requires the applicable acceptance process. Lithuanian law applies subject to mandatory protections of the law otherwise applicable to you. You retain rights to competent courts and regulators; no exclusive Lithuanian forum is imposed on consumers.
