Community & safety
Good conversations, honest listings and a way to challenge mistakes.
Keep the space useful
No harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, doxxing, scams, impersonation, spam, manipulated reputation or unlawful material. Do not upload illegal sexual material involving children, even as evidence. Link to its location in a report instead. Copyright owners or authorised representatives can report infringement with the work, content locations and explanation of their rights.
No stolen, counterfeit, recalled, unsafe or unlawfully modified goods. Check EU Safety Gate for recalls. Disclose defects without disguising unsafe goods as usable products. Remove personal accounts and data from devices. Hardware advice is member content, not a safety certification.
Achievements recognise documented community contributions; founder identity and community badges do not certify identity, product safety, seller reliability, insurance or payment protection. Verified-trade counts must come from actual completed non-test orders; they are currently zero unless such orders exist.
Report, review and appeal
Use the Report control on content, or Contact & reports → Illegal content without signing in. Provide exact URLs or identifiers, a clear explanation, any relevant legal/right information and your good-faith accuracy declaration. Name and email are requested except for reports of suspected child sexual abuse offences. Multiple locations may be included. Do not include unnecessary victim details or upload illegal evidence.
Authorised humans review context, urgency, evidence and applicable law/rules. Technical controls reject invalid files, unauthorised access or excessive request rates; they do not determine the truth of a report. Depending on the facts, actions may include no action, a request for more information or a proportionate content restriction. The reason must explain the basis, scope and duration and distinguish alleged illegality from a rule violation. Authorities may prohibit disclosure in particular cases.
A report receipt appears immediately with a private tracking key. Email acknowledgements and staffed response coverage remain incomplete and must be supplied by the operator. This is not an emergency service. For immediate danger in Lithuania call 112.
You can challenge a decision for at least six months at Contact → Appeal. Include the decision/reference, reasons and desired correction. Review should involve a human and a different reviewer where available. No fee applies. The outcome and remedies must be explained. You retain access to RRT for DSA complaints and competent courts; certified DSA out-of-court bodies may be available where applicable.
